These pens are made of some seriously nice acrylic. I have several, even the new M700 in Striped acrylic. The pens have had an up and down quality experience for many users. The nibs were bad, then they were good, then they weren't. Then there were some Schmidt nibs and some Bock. All these issues were nib related.
