Hongdian M2, for the price... Didn't expect it to be that good... I think it is my new favourite pen. It's so cute, feels lovely in the hand, and best of all, I have found the nib to perform really well. In fact I ended up preferring it over my Asvine V126.. As for Moonman... Wow .. I am exactly in the same situation, I actually had to check the post so make sure this wasn't an older post of mine since I have the same two pens you mention too (699 and M2). I'm undecided between the two, and I'm really surprised no one has compared these two very similar pens to each other. Did you order one of them? I'm looking at both too, probably will go with the P136 (anyone know how many turns to uncap?) Very happy with the 699 and the M2, so both brands make good pens. I don't use the x159 very much since it requires 2 1/2 turns to uncap, doesn't work with my mostly quick notetaking use for my pens. r/fountainpens · 1 pts · thread
