PenBBS23 models

A pen forum that started making pens. Unusual filling systems — vacuum, bulk/syringe, piston — in loud acrylics, mostly $20-60, in numbered runs rather than a standing range.

The best quality-to-price ratio of any brand here, by repeated independent review. Reviewers single out the trim (substantial sword clips rather than folded steel) and the proprietary plastic feeds, which give notably good flow. The catch is availability: runs sell out and models vanish.
